Villa Nova, A Costa Rica Retreat

Donated by Richard Hutcheson

Value $20,000

If you’re looking for a vacation rental in Playa Ocotal with plenty of room for your whole group or family, you just found it. 9,000 square feet give you plenty of room to spread out, while communal spaces offer tons of opportunity to hang out together. Five en-suite bedrooms offer a variety of king and full size beds – enough to sleep groups of up to 12 people. Every room boasts breathtaking views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows so large and seamless, it will feel like they’re not even there.

High ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and fine details make Villa Nova feel elegant, while an abundance of outdoor space brings that famous Costa Rica nature right to your door. Indoor and outdoor living spaces flow flawlessly together. Stroll through the glass-walled, over-the-pool hall, or open one of its sides and step right out into the reflection pool. The beautiful infinity pool, sunbathing area, and barbeque only add to the experience.

Inside, a gourmet kitchen makes culinary creation simple, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and flat screen TVs offer comfort at every turn.
